Uploading Transparent Backgrounds in The Poster Maker

Uploading Transparent Backgrounds in The Poster Maker

Have you ever tried uploading a .png image with a transparent background as the background of your design? Something like this:

The result will not be what you expect;, instead, the transparent portion will appear as white. The reason behind it is, the background image is uploaded in .jpg format instead of .png format. So this replaced the transparent part with the color white.

Is there a fix to it? Unfortunately, there isn’t as of yet. But the good news is you can still upload individual .png images in the Poster Maker just fine, without any problems.

We recommend to using .jpg images for backgrounds, as they do not produce any undesirable results when uploaded onto the poster maker. By the way, you can upload .png and .gif images just fine in most cases.
