Whether you’re a small business owner or part of a larger organisation, working with a team can get confusing at times. Your designer creates a marketing post for a new campaign, but needs you to review it first. At the same time your marketing head has some changes they would like to make to it themselves, but they don’t have access to the design. You hire new employees to your growing organisation, and are stumped at how to manage subscription billings for all of them. After all, everyone would need their own account. Do you share a password? Log in from different devices? Wait, the designer still hasn’t received feedback?! Chaos!

We’ve all been there, and that’s why we made PosterMyWall Premium the perfect solution for your problems. Here’s how:

Bring your team together

PosterMyWall Premium subscribers can now add team members to their plans, which means you only need to purchase one Premium plan instead of setting up multiple accounts with multiple subscriptions. You can add a total of 20 members to your team by default, but you can always contact us if you require more.

One bill for the entire team

Phew, no more cumbersome bill management. With PosterMyWall Premium, the administrator of the team can pay for all the team members instead of each member purchasing and renewing their subscriptions. 

If you add members to the team as the team administrator, you will be charged the subscription fee per member, depending on your chosen plan and the time at which the member was added. 

For example, If you are on the  quarterly Premium subscription for $29.95/quarter and add a team member to your plan, you will be charged an additional $29.95/quarter.

One-click sharing for designs and folders

If you’re a Premium subscriber, you’ll be able to see a nifty new tab in your My Stuff navigation called ‘Team Space’. This is where the magic happens! Invite your team to create designs and share them to your Team Space. You can set different permissions for your designs and folders which is great when you’re working with clients. Your team members will be able to see, edit, or download these designs depending on your permission settings.

Shared credits

Every month, your team will get 4 free credits per team member if you have the Premium Plus subscription, and 3 free credits per team member if you have the Premium subscription. Your team can use those credits to download designs with Getty Stock. As the administrator, you can also buy credit packs for your team.
