Keep Your Images Organized with Photo Collections
If you’re creating graphics for posters or social media, you’re probably working with stock photos. A lot of stock photos. Overtime this collection of stock photos can get overwhelming - you end up spending more time scrolling through them than actually working on the design.
Introducing Photo Collections
We’re here to help. The new Photo Collections option allows you to easily organize your images/stock photos into collections. Putting related images in a collection allows you to easily find and reuse them. It also reduces the amount of time you end up scrolling through your images.
Using Photo Collections
Let’s see what the Photo Collection feature looks like in the Poster Maker.
Start by accessing your photos. Create a collection by clicking on “New Collection”, present at the top right of the screen, as indicated by that little red arrow. Click on the Photo Collection to open it. Now you can add images like before, by either clicking the Upload Photos button or dragging photos into the dialog.
After adding images, you should rename your collection and give it a relevant name.
Clicking on the little gear in the bottom-right of a Photo Collection brings up options for renaming, sharing and deleting a collection.
Sharing Collections
Share collections with other designers and friends, so you can collaborate better in projects. Sharing allows other users to use and add photos to your collections. You can add people by either:
- Copy the invitational link and share it with them via chat.
- Email the invitation from the share dialog.
Uploading Images or Stock Photos
You can directly upload photos from your desktop or mobile device to the Photo Collection you wish, simply by clicking on Upload Photos. And with that, you're ready to use Photo Collections. Try it for yourself in the Poster Maker now!
